Dear Coaches and Team Contacts,
Due to the forecasted extreme heat this weekend, we are making a schedule adjustment to prioritize the safety of all players, coaches, and spectators.
All pool play games will now be 70 minutes, drop dead.
This means the game will end exactly at 70 minutes, regardless of the game situation.
Bracket play games will remain 70 minutes, finish the inning.
We understand changes like this can impact planning, but we appreciate your support as we work to create the safest possible environment. Fortunately, we are expecting sustained winds over 20 mph throughout the weekend, which should help provide some relief from the heat.
