Tournament Entry Refund Policy

If a Tournament is shortened due to any circumstances (ex. weather, field conditions, number of teams etc.) teams will receive the following refunds if applicable.

0 Games played – Full Refund minus $50 Administration fee.

1 Game played – 50% Refund.

2 or more games played. – No refund.

Refunds will only be issued for damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the refund process, please provide clear photos of the damaged item along with your order number and contact details.

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders are specifically tailored to your preferences and cannot be resold. We encourage you to carefully review and confirm your custom order details before placing the order.
