Rules – Nebraska Fastpitch – USSSA
*** COSTUME CONTEST RULES FOR HALLOWEEN FRIGHT FEST ***
Teams are encouraged to wear their costumes for games on Saturday. A photo must be submitted to [email protected]. A post will be made on the East Nebraska Sports Facebook page with all submitted photos Saturday night once games are concluded. The 1st round voting will go until 6pm on Sunday. The top 5 teams with the most likes on their photo from the post will move on to the second round. Second round will go from 8pm Sunday to 6pm Monday.
The top 5 teams will be awarded accordingly-
1st- Contest Plaque + 1 Dozen Softballs + $400 Entry Fee Credit for the 2024 Season
2nd- Contest Plaque + 1 Dozen Softballs + $100 Entry fee credit for the 2024 season
3rd- Contest Plaque + 1 Dozen Softballs
4th- Contest Plaque
5th- Contest Plaque
Complex/Game Information
Games will be 70 minutes finish the inning.
- Games Balls are supplied to the umpires for the duration of the event.
- Coaches will pick up MVP Cards for pool games. (Please award the opposing team with an MVP after each pool game. MVP cards will then be filled out by the recipient and turned into the Tournament Headquarters tent to receive their award.)
- USSSA APP – If you have not downloaded the USSSA app you are missing out! This is a great way to get all the tournament updates and information even faster! We have the 9th largest amount of app users in the Country! Are you one of them?
- REMINDER – All teams playing in the event should have their roster and guest players completed online prior to the start of the tournament.
- PSV PARK RULES AND INFORMATION
- Check in is located in the center of the complex at the t-shirt trailer for PSV .
- T-Shirts and concessions are located in the center of the complex in the white and black trailers.
- Gates will open 1 hour and 30 Minutes prior to the first game of the day.
- NO RV parking available at the complex
- NO hanging of video devices from the backstop netting
- Fields 1-3 are on the west side of the complex and 4-6 are located on the east side.
- Dogs are allowed but need to be leashed at all times and cleaned up after.
- Daily admission will be $8 per person (Each team is allowed 3 coaches only)
- In case of inclement weather teams will receive an email as well as our EAST NEBRASKA SPORTS Facebook page will be updated.
- Tournament schedule will be posted by Tuesday the week of the event.
- Tournament shirt pre-order will close Wednesday at midnight the week of the event.
- Teams will be awarded medals and a team award for 1st and 2nd place in each bracket.
