FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1: When do I have to have my money in to get approved for a Tournament? It’s always Friday at 5pm of the week before the event unless we sell out beforehand.
2: Do you supply Game balls? Yes, for all events.
3: How long is game time? Mostly 70 min finish the inning and a few 90 min events.
4: When will you announce the complex each Division will play at? No later than Tuesday the week the event. 
5: What is the deadline to withdraw and get a full refund? Friday at 5pm of the week before the tournament unless given another date.
6: What is your format for your Tournaments? Generally, 3 pool games into Single Elimination Bracket.
7: How do I get removed from a Tournament? Contact the Tournament Director for the event or the State Director. If payment is made the Director for the event will have to refund your team before it can be dropped.
8: What is the best place to look for weather updates? We have several ways to communicate weather updates. 1- Our East Nebraska Sports Facebook Page 2- Weather Updates Tab on our East Nebraska Sports Website 3- The USSSA App 4- Email will be sent out through the USSSA system.
9: How do I pre-order event merchandise? We have our brand-new pro-shop open on our East Nebraska Sports website where we have all of our event merchandise available to pre-order. REMINDER- Items that are pre-ordered will be available for pick up at the event! This is also the only way to guarantee your items before we sell out!
