Complex/Game Information
Games will be 70 minutes finish the inning.
- Games Balls are supplied to the umpires for the duration of the event.
- Coaches will pick up MVP Cards for pool games. (Please award the opposing team with an MVP after each pool game. MVP cards will then be filled out by the recipient and turned into the Tournament Headquarters tent to receive their award.)
- USSSA APP – If you have not downloaded the USSSA app you are missing out! This is a great way to get all the tournament updates and information even faster! We have the 9th largest amount of app users in the Country! Are you one of them?
- REMINDER – All teams playing in the event should have their roster and guest players completed online prior to the start of the tournament.
Optimist Youth Sports Complex RULES AND INFORMATION
- ALL FIELDS EXCEPT FOR Fields 5&6 AT OPTIMIST ARE TURF. METAL CLEATS ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON DIRT FIELDS
- Reminder All rosters and guest players must be submitted online prior to the event.
- Gates will open 1 hour and 30 Minutes prior to the first game of the day.
- NO RV parking available at either complex
- NO hanging of video devices from the netting
- Dogs are NOT allowed
- THERE WILL BE NO ADMISSION TO GET INTO THE PARK
CHI Health Multisport Complex Rules

- No chewing gum
- No Sunflower Seeds
- No pets are allowed inside the facility (service animals only)
- No Tents
- No cleats with metal spikes may be worn on the fields
- No chairs with metal on the bottom of the leg
Doris Bair Complex Rules
- Pets are NOT allowed in the complex, except for service dogs with papers.
- Glass containers are not allowed in the complex.
- No vehicle access or parking beyond the service gate, (in the Staff/Umpire parking lot, by concessions, etc.), unless authorized.
- Climbing, batting, pitching or throwing into the fences is not allowed.
- Rollerblades, scooters, bikes, skateboards, hover boards, drones, etc., are not allowed in the complex. Soccer balls, footballs, etc., are allowed but not on the concourse area, please play somewhere in the grass out of the way of the teams warming up.
- No infield practice inside the baselines before games.
- Smoking, including the use of E-Cigs, or other uses of tobacco is not allowed anywhere in the complex except the main parking lot.
- No one is allowed to consume or have in their possession any alcohol at the complex while any youth activities are in progress. This includes the parking lot.
- Disrespect for umpires, coaches, players and officials of the complex, league or tournament, will NOT be tolerated. The LYSA Board reserves the right to ask those being disrespectful of those to leave the property.
- Physical altercations, or destruction or property, will not be tolerated by anyone. Anyone involved in either activity will be expelled from the complex. If the incident occurs during a tournament the parties will be expelled for the remainder of the tournament. If the incident occurs during league, the parties will be expelled for the remainder of the day and be subject to suspension or expulsion from the league. Incidents will be reported to the sanctioning body.
- Grills are not allowed inside the complex.
- Please be sure to secure your valuables and lock your vehicles. LYSA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
- Standing on benches and tables is prohibited.
- No climbing in the trees
